President, CEO and Founder
President, CEO and Founder of Relia-Tech, a company he founded in 1995. He is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. He also holds a Certificate from the Accounting Assistant Program from the same institution. Prior to founding Relia-Tech, Andy directed the MIS departments for two large CPA firms in the Greater Boston area. In those positions he implemented and maintained network systems and supported the end users with their workstations.
Andy also worked as a Senior Technical Support Supervisor for an accounting software developer that serviced clients worldwide and had offices nationally and internationally. While in that position, he trained and supported the Systems Support Division in their Massachusetts offices, which supported offices and workers in the U.S. and Ireland.
Experienced in all versions the Windows operating systems, Andy is able to satisfy a host of computer network needs in a large range of industries. With his educational background in business, many years of experience, and expertise in computer information systems, he has gained the confidence and trust of many businesses in the Greater Boston area.

Systems Engineer – with Relia-Tech since 1999.
Michael Tully serves as a Systems Engineer for Relia-Tech. During his time with Relia-Tech, he has held a number of positions; as an architect/designer, an information systems manager, a consultant, a network engineer, a teacher and mentor. Michael has maintained his Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional Certificate. Michael attended Boston University, enrolled in their Microsoft Certified System Engineer and A+ Certificate programs. He had gained essential knowledge of IT through these programs. Michael continues to hone his skills, to make himself a vital part of the Relia-Tech Team. Michael brings a depth of experience, technical skills, leadership and management capabilities to his current position. From his previous employment as a bank branch manager, supporting the administration, management operations and overseeing the daily operation of a branch office.
